What: Western Regional ALPs (Athlete Leadership Program) University is an opportunity for volunteers to be trained as "ALPs Trainers" by Special Olympics International, and Special Olympics Arizona staff  in specific courses (Athlete Leadership 101, Governance, Global Messenger, Athletes as Coaches/Officials/Volunteers, Technology, Healthy Lifestyles) to be given an opportunity to take back the tools needed to implement ALPs in local areas and outlining states.
